01 / The assignment

Make leadership communication continuous, multi-format, and global.

KPMG transformed its executive campus into a future-ready production environment designed for scale, flexibility, and authenticity. Provost created a unified system where studio, control room, LED wall, acoustics, lighting, and content workflows operate together.

The environment supports interviews, executive addresses, panels, live events, town halls, webcasts, training, internal communication, and branded content—without leaving campus.
