Case Study / Sports + Workplace
Chicago Bears
A media environment embedded in headquarters—bringing team identity, daily operations, and direct-to-fan communication into one place.
01 / The assignment
Make media a native part of the workplace.
For a team, communication happens every day—not only at the stadium and not only on game day. The Bears needed an environment that could sit naturally within headquarters while performing as a credible, flexible home for content.
The design had to be operationally ready, visually specific, and connected to the broader experience of the organization.

02 / The idea
A studio that belongs to the building and the brand.
Rather than treating production as a concealed technical function, the environment gives media a deliberate presence within the workplace. Architectural form and team identity create a recognizably Bears setting without becoming a static display.
- Integrated into the rhythm of headquarters
- Ready for recurring interviews, updates, and team programming
- Brand expression calibrated for the camera
- A working environment with the authority of a broadcast space
When the studio belongs to the workplace, communication becomes part of how the organization works.
03 / What it enables
A shorter distance between the team and its audience.
Embedding the studio where the organization already operates makes content easier to create and leaders easier to access. It converts headquarters from a place where work happens into a place where the work can also be interpreted, shared, and experienced.
